3, high pure water cleaning: due to the higher purity of water, the solubility is enhanced. When cleaning, the ultrafiltration water can be used to wash the loose dirt on the surface of the filter core and then clean by pure water.

When the pollution of the foldable filter core is serious, the cleaning of the physical method can not restore the flux, so it is necessary to use the chemical cleaning agent to clean it. The method is to use the chemical reaction of chemical drugs and impurities in the filter core to achieve the purpose of cleaning the filter core. There are some principles for the selection of chemical drugs in the chemical cleaning process of the folded filter core. One is that no chemical reaction can occur with the other material of the filter core and the components; two is the selected drug to avoid the two pollution. Here are some of the following:

1, oxidant cleaning agent: using 1%~3%H2O2, 500~1000mg/L NaClO and other water solutions to clean the ultrafiltration filter core, can remove dirt and kill bacteria. H2O2 and NaClO are commonly used fungicides.

2, acid solution cleaning: the commonly used solution has hydrochloric acid, citric acid, oxalic acid, etc., to mix the PH=2~3 of the solution, rinse by recycling or soak 0.5h~1h, the removal of inorganic impurities is better.

3, alkaline solution cleaning: commonly used alkaloids are mainly sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and sodium carbonate. The pH value of the preparation of alkali solution is also determined by the material type of the filter core. It is usually around PH=10~12. It can be cleaned or soaked after 0.5h~1h by water circulation operation, and the impurities and oil can be removed effectively.

4, enzyme detergent: such as 0.5%~1.5% pepsin, trypsin, etc., to remove protein, polysaccharides, grease and other pollutants.
